I've been playing Warframe on and off since 2015. I absolutely adore the devs of this game as well as the monetization they've chosen. I doubt I'll fully quit anytime soon.
Icarus is a really fun open-world survival craft game. I've really gotten back into it since I can finally play with a friend of mine. Unlike Warframe, the game's monetization is very poor. However, the core game itself is very fun!
I've heard from somewhere that you never truly leave Skyrim. For as long as I can remember, I've always come back to Skyrim no matter the break. It may not be the best Elder Scrolls game, but it is one of very few games that I can happily come back to no matter the occasion. With the community/modding, this game is truly one of a kind.
Warframe is truly one of the best free to play games out there. This game has a daily login reward, but, unlike other games, you don't get punished if you skip a day or two. You can come back one year later, and happily pick up where you left off. Not to mention, the developers of this game are fantastic. I love Steve Sinclair, but Rebecca Ford truly elevated this game to another level. Whereas many other game companies have to solely listen to investors, Digital Extremes listens to the community and makes changes that they ask for.
No matter how hard you try, you'll always come back to it. I personally believe that Oblivion is better, but I finished that game in 2025. Skyrim, on the other hand, I've played since I was a small child. I probably shouldn't have been allowed to play a game like that back then, but it's part of my childhood. I will always be nostalgic of listening to Jeremy Soule's soundtrack while exploring the snowy lands of Skyrim. There truly is no other RPG that can scratch that Skyrim itch. Even if there are many RPGs out there that are fantastic, of which there are many, Skyrim has a certain feeling to it no other does.
It's the most sold game of all time for a reason. There are many games like it, but Minecraft is the one game you
I've been a fan of Skyrim since I first watched VenturianTale's playthrough of it. Nowadays, I tend to spend more time modding it than playing it! Even then, it's still one of my favorite games of all time.
